Eco-anxiety and grief, climate depression, hopelessness, anger, guilt and numbness are some of the normal responses to the environmental and ecological crisis and are greatly exacerbated when we feel unable to express these openly. This Climate Cafe is a safe space for sharing these thoughts and feelings with like minded individuals.
This is a discussion group aimed at addressing this feeling of isolation by increasing conversation, self care strategies and knowledge in a safe, shame/guilt-free environment. Whether you’ve just begun to ask questions or are an activist or climate professional, you’re all welcome. You’ll find a supportive, facilitated gathering where you can voice concerns that may not be welcomed or echoed elsewhere.

Based on the Climate Psychology Alliance Model adapted from Death Cafes.
